Parking Information
Limited parking is available at the Hare & Hounds Pub and around Todmorden town centre.
🚗 Showground Parking
All showground parking is strictly pre-booked only, including disabled parking.
No parking passes will be available on the day.
We need to keep traffic moving smoothly, so your cooperation in helping avoid congestion is greatly appreciated.
All vehicles entering the showground must have a valid pre-paid parking pass, purchased via the Ticket Tailor link.

Any passenger without an entry wristband must purchase a ticket at the entrance gate before entering.

All dogs must be well-behaved, kept on a lead, and under control at all times.
Please respect other visitors, clean up after your dog, and never leave dogs in cars.

Yes! A great evening of fun is planned, tickets are available for £15 which are available on the web site
Please dress for the weather! We always hope for sunshine but sometimes waterproofs and wellingtons are required. Please also make sure you also dress suitably for the sun with plenty of sunscreen and a hat!
Travelling by car is effortless, simply exit the M62 via Milnrow (A640) and follow signs for Todmorden via Todmorden Road (A6033). Todmorden Country Fair is located along Burnley Road (A646) which runs through Todmorden.
Regular bus services visit Todmorden daily from Burnley, Halifax and Rochdale, running from the early hours right through to around 11pm.
Served by the Calder Valley rail network, and one of the main stops between Manchester and Leeds, Todmorden train station is located ten minutes away from the showground.
Todmorden Town Centre offers multiple cash machines ready for the big day. You can find them at the Shell Petrol Garage, Halifax Bank and TSB Bank located on A646 Halifax Road, as well as One Stop in the very town centre. Alternatively, Morrisons offer a cash machine outside their store on Rochdale Road.
Independent traders may offer card payments within their stalls, although this cannot be guaranteed as it is the choice of the stallholder to offer this service.
This is a open field and whilst wheelchairs are welcome please be aware that the ground can be uneven in places.

Food vendors must provide all relevant food hygiene and safety documentation before attending the event.
No trader may sell alcohol unless prior written approval has been granted by the event organisers.
Any unauthorised alcohol sales will result in removal from the event.
Most pitches are outdoors unless otherwise stated.
Traders must provide suitable equipment for outdoor trading and weather protection.

If you require additional space, please contact the team before booking.
Limited electric hook-up may be available in selected areas.

Only quiet and safely operated generators may be permitted with prior approval.
